Terms of Service

Motion Control AI, operated by Motion Control AI (contact: [email protected], address: To be announced), provides an online AI motion control video generation service that transfers real movement from reference videos to static character images using Kling 3.0. By accessing or using the service at motion-control-ai.app, you agree to these Terms of Service.

1. Service use
You may use Motion Control AI only for lawful purposes and only with images, videos, and prompts that you have the right to upload and process. You may not use the service to violate privacy, publicity, copyright, or other third-party rights.

2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. We may suspend or terminate access if we detect fraud, abuse, illegal activity, or behavior that harms the platform.

3. User content
You retain ownership of the content you upload. You grant Motion Control AI a limited license to host, process, transmit, and store that content solely to operate, secure, improve, and support the AI motion control video service.

4. Generated output
AI-generated motion control videos may vary based on input quality, reference video, and model behavior. You are responsible for reviewing outputs before using, publishing, or sharing them. Do not rely on generated media for legal, medical, identity, or safety-critical purposes.

5. Payments
Paid plans, credits, or subscriptions are billed according to the pricing shown at checkout. Taxes may apply where required. Charges are generally non-refundable except as stated in our Refund Policy or where required by applicable law.

6. Prohibited uses
You may not use Motion Control AI to generate, upload, process, publish, or distribute content that:
(a) is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise seriously objectionable;
(b) is pornographic, sexually explicit, adult-oriented, or otherwise NSFW, including nudity or sexual acts;
(c) depicts or promotes graphic violence or gore;
(d) promotes hate speech, discrimination, or targeted harassment based on protected characteristics;
(e) infringes intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or other rights of any person or organization;
(f) facilitates, promotes, or encourages illegal activity;
(g) is intended to deceive, defraud, or maliciously mislead others, including harmful deepfakes;
(h) contains child sexual abuse material or otherwise exploits, sexualizes, endangers, or harms minors;
(i) promotes or encourages self-harm, suicide, eating disorders, or substance abuse;
(j) promotes terrorism, violent extremism, or radicalization;
(k) contains malware, ransomware, phishing material, or anything designed to compromise systems or individuals;
(l) contains non-consensual intimate imagery or otherwise violates a person's privacy or dignity;
(m) impersonates a real person for fraudulent, defamatory, deceptive, or harmful purposes without authorization; or
(n) violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law or regulation.

You also may not attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, overload, bypass the safeguards of, or gain unauthorized access to the service. We may reject generation requests, remove content, restrict service access, suspend or terminate accounts, preserve or disclose relevant information when required by law, and report suspected illegal activity to appropriate authorities. To the extent permitted by law and consistent with our Refund Policy, we may cancel access to credits or subscriptions associated with prohibited use without a refund and will not restore credits consumed through prohibited use.

7. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, limit, or discontinue features at any time. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, specific generation speeds, or permanent storage of uploaded files or outputs unless explicitly stated.

8. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law. We disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and uninterrupted service.

9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Motion Control AI and its operators will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, revenue, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
